Professional Growth at PE

PE invests in their teachers by having an open-door policy that seeks to listen to new ideas and ways to improve. We like to help our staff grow in their jobs so we look for individuals who want to contribute more. Our lead teachers are individuals who have been teaching in China for at least 3 years and additionally have been with PE at least that long. They are very familiar with how we teach and how best to train our in-house teaching staff. Our foreign teacher manager has been with our company since 2011 and has worked both as a public school and branch teacher before assuming that position. We also have teachers who take on special projects, events, camp directors, and more. It’s really up to you when it comes to career growth with our company. Remember we have been in business for many years and our future is bright because of our great team efforts.


We listen to the issues, we don’t just want complaints; we want solutions. We encourage our staff to solve problems, not just point them out. Growth can be peppered with problems; that’s normal, but at PE we want to find ways to minimize the problems, so we ask our teachers to be problem solvers.
