Changchun

Changchun has a convenient International Airport, with a domestic terminal for flights around China and a fully equipped International terminal to just about anywhere else. We are a short 2-hour flight to Seoul, Korea or Beijing, 7 hours to Tokyo or Hong Kong, and 3 hours to Shanghai, just to name a few places you can decide to visit while you work here.

Changchun has many parks:

  • Nanhu (South Lake Park) is in the heart of the city, yet inside the park you can feel miles away from the city. A lovely lake with many walking paths it offers a respite from the noise and bustle of the city.
  • Jingyuetan National Forest is the largest man-made forest in all of China, just 10 miles outside of the city center with over 37 sq. miles to explore. You can spend the day near the lake, or hike the numerous trails, in winter you can even ski in the park.
  • World Sculpture Park is home to a wide-range of sculptures in a lovely park setting.
  • Take a walk in our quaint Changchun Zoo and Botanical Gardens.
  • We have a Tiger Park and Movieland Park (similar to Universal Studios).

These are just a few of the sites you can visit in Changchun.


Jilin Province also has places that are worth seeing:

  • The famous Changbai Mountain in Baishan, an extinct volcano with a breath-taking crater lake.
  • The Xianghai Nature Reserve in Baicheng is a wonderful place to see the red-crested cranes of China.
  • You can visit Chagan Lake in Songyuan, the 7th largest fresh water lake in China.
  • Finally you can head north of Changchun (one hour by fast train) and visit Harbin in Heilongjiang Province, home to the famous Harbin Ice Festival each winter.

There are so many travel options making Changchun an ideal place to work and play.
